The Data Protection Act is becoming increasingly important in the UK and we have made it our goal to keep our customers up to date with all the latest changes.
We will not work with any company that bombard their clients with unsolicited SMS Messages and will suspend any such account with immediate effect . This includes but not limited to
- Customers do not have correct and valid permission to contact their clients via SMS
- High level of bounced SMS is reported per campaign
- Campaign Subject Line and/or content is not relevant
- Campaign Subject Line and/or content is deemed as inappropriate or offensive
Anyone who receives an SMS from InTouch can simply reply "STOP" to the SMS and will never receive an SMS from InTouch again. Whilst SMS can be a powerful marketing medium, bombarding customers with unwanted SMS Messages will not only damage your business, but will also breach the Data Protection Act.
