InTouch provides a powerful mix of a contact and sales database with Email and SMS Marketing functionality, but there is also much more to InTouch. By adding file sharing and a shared calendar, InTouch is becoming the one solution which can replace multiple pieces of expensive software.
Shared Calendar 
InTouch accounts now come with up to 200mb* of file sharing space so you can store all your important documents in one secure and easily accessible place. You can link the document into it's logical area (i.e. Sales, Marketing etc) and also link the document to any number of contacts within InTouch.
When you link a calendar event to a contact within your InTouch account, the contact's record will also be updated with this information. Not only will you have a record of your contact's personal details, you will build up a history of every contact made with that person by your organisation.

Document Sharing
Being able to safely store and share documents is a key function of any business. Traditional ways of doing this were to email documents or store them on an intranet. We all know the limitations of sending large files via email and what if you want to access a file on your intranet but cannot get access to the site?
InTouch accounts now come with up to 100mb of file sharing space so you can store all your important documents in one secure and easily accessible place. You can link the document into it's logical area (i.e. Sales, Marketing etc) and also link the document to any number of contacts within InTouch.
