The Swans Trust
CRM have been working with the Swansea City Supporters Trust for over a year now to help the organisation manage their database of members and key stakeholders. This has involved the administration of membership requests, the adding and amending of new membership information, handling membership requests through a membership phone number and sending out membership cards to over 1500 members. CRM also delivered e-Communication newsletters to trust members and provided reports to Trust board members on the success of these communications.
The trust feel that InTouch has added value to their organisation and ensures their reducing their administration to the minimum.
