David Ford: Chief Executive of Bright Blue Day
David Ford joined CRM as its chairman in January 2007 and brings a huge wealth of knowledge and expertise into the company. David is the Chief Executive of Bright Blue Day www.brightblueday.co.uk which is one of the fastest growing Communication agencies in the UK and which he and a fellow director have built from scratch. David's vision for the communications marketplace will be driving CRM forward to greater achievements during the next few years.
James White: Managing Director
James is an experienced Chartered Marketer who has worked for a range of large IT organisations, most recently as European Marketing Director for Allied Telesyn, a leading Communications and Networking vendor. James has had extensive experience in the customer database and marketing communications field and understands the requirement for Marketing to add real value to the business. James is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has been since he completed his Marketing diploma in August 1999.

David McArthur: Non-Executive Director
David joined the board in January 2007 as a result of his investment into CRM. David is a Surgeon within the NHS and his knowledge and understanding of the NHS will prove vital as CRM continue to build on the work they have started within the NHS with the ESR project. David is committed on a daily basis to providing his patients with the highest quality, personalized service, something echoed by the Customers Really Matter philosophy.

Greg Strutton: Technical Director
With over 7 years' commercial experience in web and database development, Greg brings a wealth of important knowledge to our customers and to us as well! Recently, he has been responsible for managing a global web site and all internal web infrastructures for a large IT corporation. In his spare time, Greg is a keen musician and enjoys writing music.

Ciaran Cullen: Systems Director
Ciaran has been project managing the deployment of large corporate CRM systems for the last 4 years, experience which is vital to the vision of Customers Really Matter. He also has extensive experience of developing and maintaining global websites and intranets.

John White: Financial Director
John White is the company's financial director and has responsibility for all financial, administration and operational issues within the business. John has over 30 years of business experience and is instrumental in CRM's business operations strategy. John is based in the Weston-Super-Mare office and can be contacted at john.white@yourcrm.co.uk
The Team
Matthew Ruddle: Customer Service and Marketing Manager
Matthew joins the company from PC World where he was one of their leading staff members, so he knows just how important good customer communications and presenting the right message, he also put to good use his various ICT qualifications. Matthew also has experience in writing his own software and developing websites. Away from CRM Matthew is a keen Rugby fan and supports the Llanelli Scarlets where he is a season ticket holder with them, he is also a qualified referee for his sins!

Robert Cullen: Systems Developer
For the last 6 years Robert worked for a worldwide agricultural machinery company as an IT Systems Analyst, developing and supporting large European enterprise applications running on numerous platforms. Simon Bevis: Graphic Designer
Simon has a background in Art and both Product and Graphic related design; Simon ensures that all our customers' communications and websites look appealing and can deliver the right message.
Becky Townsend: Data Administrator
Becky Townsend is CRM’s Data Administrator and is responsible for ensuring customer InTouch accounts have the correct data within them. Becky also helps administer customer accounts and provide other office support. Becky is married and has two children and enjoys eating out and spending time with her family.
Laura Bigley: Customer Marketing Executive
Laura is the newest Customer Marketing Executive who joins from S-cool IT Educational Tools. Laura will work alongside Matthew Ruddle to provide support, advice and help to all of our customers and ensuring their promoting their business effectively. Laura is currently studying for NVQ3 in Business and Administration at Weston College and will also be working to achieve Google Adwords certification. Outside of work she enjoys selling her artwork and gaming.
