InOxford
InOxford is a leading magazine company in Oxford which publicises all things good in and around the Oxford area through their monthly magazine and their website. The company were looking for a company to help send our customer newsletters and work in partnership with to improve customer awareness. They started working with CRM in late 2006 and the relationship between the 2 companies has grown to focus on other development projects in addition to customer newsletters.
"We have enjoyed working with CRM and we use the InTouch application to send all of our e-Newsletters to our consumer and business customers throughout Oxford. We looked at other options for communicating but didn’t want to have to use Amercian companies with American support hours to help us deliver our communications. CRM are cost effective, responsive, knowledgeable and work very hard to ensure our business objectives are met.
