Audi Southwest
Following some initial discussions, Audi South West,
through their Marketing Manager Corinne Moyse, chose
Customers Really Matter’s InTouch Application as the
platform from which to base their e-Marketing activities.After being provided with the customer information securely, CRM loaded all of Audi South West's customer data into an InTouch account and provided the team with the training and support to start using InTouch for outbound communication.
The first campaign sent from InTouch was a great success with over 1,600 emails being sent from the system, getting an excellent 23% open rate and over 100 clicks being made onto the Audi South West website.
