CRM have delivered a new national contact database platform that SD use for their own organisation and also for 150 separate Trust
organisations and over 750 system users.
The unique trust system provides a number of system modules to hold contact information,
a reporting engine to interrogate data for dashboard reporting as well as providing system users with the ability to communicate
through HTML email, SMS and Web based surveys to their user base.
