InTouch Customisation
InTouch is an intuitive customer database and communications application that has been developed by Customers Really Matter here in the United Kingdom with a team of UK based developers. It is unique in much of what it offers and is fast growing into one of the UK's leading 'On Demand' applications.
Its ability to store customer information and then make email, SMS and letter communications easy is why hundreds of organisations are using it each and every day. However, InTouch is designed to meet a broad base of objectives and in some cases organisations require elements which are unique for them. Examples would include
