With our history of building InTouch and developing other unique systems, CRM can deliver your organisation a bespoke development which is for you and you only.
We follow an 8 step process and the PITT approach towards giving you the systems you require and we can tie this into new large customer facing web designs if required. Our process of working is:
- Meet with you to understand your organisation needs and objectives and capture your budget and timescales for system delivery
- Return (generally within 1 or 2 weeks) with an outline specification document which details our system approach, implementation strategy and project timeline and costs.

- Provide information and status updates within key stages of the project to highlight the progress being made (we always link our payment to project progress so customers investment is looked after)
- Return with a test version of the system and engage project team members to test what has been delivered and understand initial user thoughts
- Receive feedback on the ‘test version’ and work to deliver enhancements and end user suggestions (within the initial design framework)
- Deliver the complete system (usually within a trial area) and ensure all appropriate users are trained and made aware of the support available
- Conduct a customer review to define ongoing development, support and ongoing project rollout and implementation
As the industry moves towards unique applications and systems (the SaaS approach) rather than off the shelf packages, so bespoke systems and databases will become the norm for organisations wishing to buy into applications that can change as they change.
