Matthew joined the company from PC World where he was one of their leading staff members, so he knows just how important good customer communications and presenting the right message, he also put to good use his various ICT qualifications. Matthew also has experience in writing his own software and developing websites. Away from CRM Matthew is a keen Rugby fan and supports the Llanelli Scarlets where he is a season ticket holder with them, he is also a qualified referee for his sins! We asked him:

Why did you join CRM?
Well I spent years learning about technology so I thought I had better use those skills, plus it was a good career choice!

What is your favourite possesion?
Tough one really, come back to me on that…..

What is your biggest fear?
Sounds like a cliché but its failure, I don’t like losing or failing at something. Whether it is a rugby match or a work task, I don’t like losing!!!!

What is your biggest vice in life?
Most people would probably say my biggest vice was a few pints on a Saturday night after a match.

Where is your dream holiday destination and why?
Ah, that’s easy! Orlando, Florida, been several times and off again! It changes all the time and is just good fun. Although, Prague and Magaluf are a close second and third!
