Before joining CRM Martin built up experience in retail customer service. He also gained skills through managing a bookmaker's. In his spare time Martin enjoys riding his motorbike and attending bike rally’s all over the country. We asked him:

Why did you join CRM?
To expand on my experience and start a career.

What is your favourite possesion?
My motorbike. I couldn’t cope without it - very shiny!

What is your biggest fear?
It’s not really a fear but I don’t like touching wet clothes!

What is your biggest vice in life?
I think every man should answer with pub, lager, food!!

Where is your dream holiday destination and why?
I’ve been to many places but I would love to go to the Maldives and spend a holiday in a hut on stilts above the sea. Also, I really want to ride my bike across America, from Florida to California, experiencing various places along the way.
