John White is the company's finance and operations director and has responsibility for all financial, administration and operational issues within the business. John has over 30 years of business experience and is instrumental in CRM's business operations strategy. We asked him:

Why did you join CRM?
I didn't, it evolved around me over the years!

What is your favourite possesion?
My 'This is Your Life' book with photos of my children and grandchildren.

What is your biggest fear?
I have no liking of rats - it goes back to my days in the Merchant Navy.

What is your biggest vice in life?
Money! I have never learned the art of saving, or it could be Country Cider or Malt Whiskey.

Where is your dream holiday destination and why?
India. I spent happy times on the Indian Coast, working with Indian crews while in the Merchant Navy. I would like to return to the country again one day.
