James White James is an experienced Chartered Marketer who has worked for a range of large IT organisations, most recently as European Marketing Director for Allied Telesyn, a leading Communications and Networking vendor. James has extensive experience in the customer database and marketing communications fields and understands the requirement for Marketing to add real value to the business. James is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has been since he completed his Marketing diploma in August 1999. We asked him:

Why did you join CRM?
I started the company so did not have a choice!

What is your favourite possession?
In front of my wife or not? Probably my Blackberry.

What is your biggest fear?
Monkeys – Don’t ask, it’s weird!

What is your biggest vice in life?
The scales would say lots of things but probably Pick and Mix or a cold bottle of Bulmers!

Where is your dream holiday destination and why?
I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled to many lovely places but the Caribbean has something so friendly and special about it. South Africa is also a wonderful country with great food and fantastic wine!
