Prior to joining CRM, Ciaran had been project managing the deployment of large corporate CRM systems, experience which is vital to the vision of Customers Really Matter. He also has extensive experience of developing and maintaining global websites and intranets. We asked him:

Why did you join CRM?
I was excited by the prospect of working for a small company with big ideas.

My CD/Vinyl collection.

Being stranded in the ocean....

What is your biggest vice in life?
I have so many it would be unfair to pick one.

Where is your dream holiday destination and why?
For years it has been Peru and I’m finally going in a few months!
