Becky Townsend is responsible for ensuring customer accounts have the correct data within them. Becky also helps administer customer accounts and provide other office support. Becky is married and has two children and enjoys eating out and spending time with her family. We asked her:

Why did you join CRM?
I was looking for something to fit in with the children and I fancied a change from working with children. I felt it was the right time to try something new.

What is your favourite possesion?
My family picture up in my living room.

What is your biggest fear?
It used to be monkeys, but now is probably the fear of not being a good mum!

What is your biggest vice in life?
A Malibu and Coke and a bag of Maltesers.

Where is your dream holiday destination and why?
One of the best holidays I've had is going to Israel. My dream holiday would be to go to Israel again but this time to also go to Eygpt to encounter the steps that Moses took.
